The Camelot

On December 5th 2023, Vallone Ventures LLC, Honeycomb Real Estate Partners, Corridor Ventures and Vesta Corporation, simultaneously closed on the acquisition and the construction loan for the adaptive re-use and new construction of the former West Hartford Inn. The Camelot will include (44) apartment homes all of which are affordable to those earning up to 80% of area median income with (13) apartment homes set aside for those earning less than 30% of area median income. Construction has commenced and completion is projected in April 2025.
