Loom City Lofts
The redevelopment and conversion of Rockville, Connecticut's historic Roosevelt Mill into 68 residential rental units and 7,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. The five-story Roosevelt Mill was built adjacent to the Shenipsit Reservoir in 1906, and after going into foreclosure decades later, the property came onto the market as a contaminated brownfield. Conversion of the mill involved the remediation of the site, restoration of the historic structure and financing with a complex capital stack. Loom City Lofts opened in December 2015 at a total development cost of $19 million.
Westport Village
A ground-up construction project designed in a traditional New England style. Three new buildings totaling 10,500 sq. ft. of rentable retail, office, and residential space were constructed in Westport, Connecticut's, Business Preservation District, paving the way for additional development and a thriving community on the east side of town. Westport Village was conventionally financed with a total development cost of $2.8 million.
